It really is a smart business move. She's already got a built-in audience and I'm sure there's a lot of overlap with porn viewers and gamers.
She really hasn't been in porn in over a decade. She mostly writes books, makes music and does DJing now. By all accounts she seems really cool, and unlike a lot of former adult starts she's also super liberal.
She's been streaming on Twitch for awhile so most of the people who'd spam about her porn work have likely left. I watched her RE2 stream earlier this year and it was pretty fun.

I wish she had backed up her RE2 streams, I would've watched them. I wish most streamers realized they can highlight their entire stream and permanently save them on Twitch, it's just a few clicks post-stream.

Look at her Twitch chat, it's remarkably civil unlike some folks here. When Twitch chat is better, we should reflect.
