Pretty sure they confirmed PC, XBO, and Switch some time ago.
Me said:
A slide shown during the event has raised questions as to whether Samurai Shodown will be released on other platforms in addition to PlayStation 4, but said slide appears to indicate the representation of SNK's key series across platforms—not the platforms of the new Samurai Shodown specifically. For example, The King of Fighters XIV is pictured for the King of Fighters series, but while The King of Fighters XIV is available on PlayStation 4 and PC, it is not available on Switch and Xbox One, which are also listed. However, the series itself is available across all listed platforms. The same can be said for the Samurai Shodown (Samurai Spirits) and Metal Slug series, both of which have games available on all listed platforms.
Trailer in OP doesnt even state a platform but only says at the end "More News coming soon".
Welp.
If you don't hit for a time, it accumulates rage, so when you land a hit, it takes ton of damage, especially if it's a heavy one.Despite my 36 years on this planet, I have somehow never played a SamSho game.
What's up with that insane damage?
The game has almost no combos because of this system.
According to a secondary source, SNK mentioned XB1, Switch, and PC in an investors' meeting, but those platforms have yet to be confirmed by a trailer or official tweet. I'm not sure why they won't just come out and confirm the other platforms.

It has been sometime since I played SS2, but it definitely feels slower than IV or VSp.The gameplay looked fast initally. Maybe this is because my last VS battles of SamSho2 were full of heavy hitstun slowdowns, and kagebushin out of blows... nice to see meters and all on screen.
The lighting and shadows definitely have a similar style to them. Thankfully, it's not as garish in it's colors as SFxT.is it just me or the characters look like sf x tekken characters? i mean the textures and whatnot
not sure of the correct terminology
Hm, maybe, yeah. SSII will always be my definition for the series, even when playing others. Something beteen both speeds should feel nice.It has been sometime since I played SS2, but it definitely feels slower than IV or VSp.
Playable at PAX East! March 28th to 31st. Man, now I'm gonna want March to speed by, lol.
