Saints Row 2 PC port getting a patch to fix performance issues

Its not serious serious its as serious as a Saints Row story can go you still do some crazy shit in 2 but it just feels more balanced than 3. That doesn't mean the game doesn't have its moments I'm sure there's going to be certain scene that is going feel quite different for a SR game and make a experience another emotion than joy.

Two story packs with clothes and vehicles and a third pack with just clothes.
It does but it still shows keyboard/mouse inputs on screen. Hopefully they will add the proper inputs with this patch.
It is more so a balanced experience.
Think Tarantino movies. Sometimes they become really bizzare but it is taken seriously enough without going full dark serious like GTA4 for example. It is more like GTA3 era of games.
You have tons of activities like crowd control where you protect celebs from crazed fans by throwing them into razors or some other shit. The gangs are also very colorful with some gangs using voodoo or others going around with japanese swords.
He said he stayed up with no sleep fixing it so it shows the Xbox 360 buttons.
I know they're holding off showing gameplay, but it truly sounds like it's closer to release than you'd think.

Deadly Premonition for sure.
Dark Souls is playable. Even more so if you install mods. DP is broken no matter how you try fixing it. You can play it but it will give you trouble anyway.

Hopefully they'll do something about the lighting, as well. I remember that being distinctly janky and non-functional in the PC version.

Woah holy shit out of nowhere. 2 is still love of my favorite games and not having a proper modern version always bummed me out.
Deadly Premonition is in a league of it's own here. Dark Souls doesn't come close.
That was fixed by Windows 8 somehow. The bug isn't there on Windows 10 either, it's only an issue on Windows 7.
Holy shit! I never expected this to finally happen! What a megaton, now the best Saints Row game will have a great PC port to go with it. :)
I was sure I still had it on Windows 8 last time I tried, but it has been a while.
Then again I might as well wait for this patch before I redownload.
