the Kurds have been used by the US as much as anyone. an indefinite military deployment is not the answer. after all these it's obvious it's not the answer.
if we're not willing to force Iran, Iraq, Syria to the bargaining table to work out a political solution once and for all then we should step aside for someone who is able to. no, it's not Russia.

What are you going off of that the US is using the Kurds? And no one is talking about sitting in the region for an indefinite amount of time but even if it came to that, the other option would be leaving the Kurds to defend for themselves which is much worse than US "using" them, in your own words.

I think we all knew the reason Trump wanted to pull out of Syria so badly that he made a quick decision without informing the necessary people, is because it's what Russia wanted. Russia is basically just trolling now, they got what they wanted and they want the world to know.
