You laugh, but my parents got a "Halloween Sounds" cassette tape when I was a kid and it was exactly this. It just conjures the image of a certain kind of person in a certain kind of place. For lack of a better term, places like Applebees / Chili's are technically bars but they're super trashy, and people who get drunk at a place like that are too. The joke is just dumb, uncultured people loaded on cheap, shitty beer who want to fight people in the parking lot of a gross chain restaurant.

One of the best of the best. Some of the book covers are just puerile or far too on the nose, it's the ones that catch you off guard or just have the absolute perfect words to cheekily describe the scene that have real magic.
