That's the way I see it.
They've embellished Spider-Man's engine for PS5 so they can release something at launch.

Would be cool to get a free remastered copy of the first game, but I don't expect it to be the case.
Wasn't going to buy this at lunch but if it comes with ps5 remastered of the first one then definitely getting it.
I don't want the remaster baked into the price of the new game. I'd rather they offer it unbundled and both at lower prices.

doesn't make any sense. it should be where if you pop in spiderman ps4, it should automatically run better with a ps5 patch. not include the patch with a game you have to buy
No doubt there will be a PS5 bundle that includes both Miles Morales and the original, but Miles Morales is a standalone game.
Runs better would be if the base game As running bad. It's not. So equally as good and maybe a small Rez bump. But I don't see them giving a free remaster like this (or to sell miles morales 60)

One of the quotes was that it was a 7-10 hour game. Adding the base Spiderman would be a good addition.
But yes if you already own Spiderman I have to assume it will properly play on the PS5

Completely sucks that Sony has been absolutely hush on the matter this entire time, a bit aggravating tbh.
It would be cool to have an upgraded version of Spider-Man for the PS5, but I doubt I would put much time into it if any since I already got 100% in it and all the DLC.
Hopefully, I need Sony to confirm that for their exclusives from at least 2017 onward, please
