The Florida Supreme Court is heavily conservative and will probably approve of this.
With how conservative the US Supreme Court (where this will ultimately land) is, there is a chance this would be considered legal.
This is a "survey" where they're going to ask students essentially if they believe they're beliefs or speech are being suppressed or if any type of political belief Is being promoted to them. It's going to let every conservative dip shit say they're being suppressed and then the schools budget will get cut and they'll have to fire teachers and guess which teachers are going to be fired? The socialist Marxist bastards

University of Florida student here, more worried about his moves to severely limit tenure. Don't think there is any risk of losing funding, DeSantis loves touting out the recent rise in rankings Florida universities have been getting and most Florida unis have his stooges at the head who will always capitulate.
