Typical Hi-Rez system. It's a closed beta that you have to buy into (Founder packs start at $15), when it launches it will be free.
Looks cool, but just like Rocket Arena with so many great F2P multiplayer games I don't know if I want to take a chance on buying a new MP game when I don't know if there's room for it in my current rotation.
I'll probably hold out for some impressions before deciding to jump in. If the Switch port is good this would be a great game to play on the couch while my GF is watching TV

Played the beta, it's decent enough. A third person CS:GO of sorts but with weapons and abilities that you upgrade as you go as they don't disappear when you die. If not now I'll certainly spend some more time on it when it's F2P.
I swear, people mistyping "rogue" and "rouge" will be one of the few things that will live on forever.
I don't understand this business model. You would think they would want as many people as possible to play their beta version.
Well with cross play and progression it only has to sort of thrive on each system to thrive overall

It isn't, even though it says that on the website. On the Switch eshop it says 7.6GB
I'm up for trying it, there's almost nothing that's a CS like on console other than rainbow six which is quite different.
In my head, I'd be married to whatever platform I get it on until true F2P releases. I'm probably going to slap my money on the table for PS4 version, but if there's anyone that can help me out here, I'd be really thankful.
For Paladins on Switch I bought the all character pack and it works on Xbox. I'll be testing tonight on Switch and Xbox with this game.
Really enjoy Smite & Paladins so grabbed this, this is slightly different, you don't get all the characters when you buy.

This game may suit people that are longing for SOCOM as it's third person and plant the bomb game which is about as close as we are going to get at this point.
Until the free release, you'll have to buy the game on each platform you want to play it on. So you could wait till then or buy it on one platform now, and then download it on other platforms when it's free -> then just sign in for crossprogression.

So it is cross progression once you tied you accounts together on their website but I'm assuming until it's available free you'd have to buy it for each platform.
