A group of federal judges hastily postponed an emergency meeting that was scheduled to take place Wednesday to discuss concerns about President Donald Trump and the Justice Department's intervention in politically charged cases.

They were so concerned they canceled the meeting and now a Judge has gone along with this soft ball bullshit.

Roger has not been exonerated. On the contrary, he has been convicted and sentenced. Trump cannot exonerate him. On the contrary a pardon says nothing about guilt or innocence and is an expression of mercy for a person already found guilty.

But of course a pardon or sentence commute isn't "exoneration". He was still found guilty.

How can a singular individual have so much power? You allow one person almost dictatorship level of power, even with "checks and balance" you allow a person to make Executive orders, set the whole foreign policy and possible to interfere in judical matters as in exoneration.

But it is within their power to do these sort of things.
Obama released people from jail (not saying it was wrong, but one man shouldn't be able to do this), executive orders was used and so on.
Just that Trump use it in a malicious way is not the point I am making, it is that it is possible.
