River City spirits being added to Smash Ultimate 1/24

Billy and Jimmy Lee would be amazing. Could use beat em up reps. Would also love if Sega gave us Axel and Adam or Blaze from Streets of Rage.
Also since Technos is owned by Arc, it opens the door to Guilty Gear and Blazblue characters.
They said no more Echo Fighters in the DLC, but Billy with a Jimmy echo would be perfect. Or have both of the brothers as one character together, Ice Climber style!
Really hope they let it slide. Would be a shame not to get Billy and Jimmy or Lance and Bill from Contra.
Why the cold reception to this? Seems to be pretty big partnership, could lead to really awesome character pics for challenger packs.
I didn't even know I wanted this and now I'm disappointing. Blaze would be an amazing female rep.
