Looks like Riot is going to take Blizzard's place soon, not only with this game. That card game looks interesting too.

If someone had uploaded it to 4Chan or something without the Riot Games watermark and said it was a near future CS game it would have been very believable that's for sure. Hopefully this game is more than just CSGO with some abilities.
Not saying it can't be good, but yeah this just screams Counter Strike meets Overwatch.
Probably the blandest announcement in the last 10 years of video games. There's nothing there not even the title!

They need to do a lot of work if they want to rival OW this reveal was borderline awful. Not to mention rumours of OW2 being announced next month.
The only thing that will rival Overwatch is Overwatch 2 when it gets announced in a few weeks.

I honestly think this is going to clown CS simply for the fact that more than five people work on it. Plus it has Volcano working on it (from what I understand)

It's an assumption based on Riot being interested in having wide appeal.
valve has stuck like 5 people on one of the biggest esports of the past decade. Obviously im being hyperbolic but im looking forward to some actual competition in the space.
