The topic where they announced new Giftbot said this, but it only works for creators. It's a bug, presumably.
On mobile, I click on the little tab at the top left corner of the screen, the click on the "Your account" icon and there's an option there for "Giveaways"
This whole arc in the Hobbit was so annoyingly bad that it pisses me off anytime I see it (even though I love both these actors).
That's for giveaways you're doing, not giveaways you're entered in.
