They still do, they're just not really all that frequent. The last one was #20 in March of this year, and 19 was in April of 2018.
As far as I know, they're still the best of the bundle sites, but yeah, they're nowhere near as good as they used to be a few years back.

How do you even know if the keys in your Humble account have been redeemed? Steam only seems to give me an error message informing me that I already own the game, and no message informing me that the key has already been used. Also got timed out by Steam.
I'm pretty sure all the keys I'd be giving away haven't been used, but I don't want to potentially disappoint anybody.
