It's Vimeo, they use WebVR in their player. CNN's player does the same thing. It's so their video player can facilitate 360 degree videos, not necessarily that the video posted is VR enabled.

I hope when you get banned in vr you see the mods dance up to you with a coffin to seal you away. You can't leave the coffin until your ban is finished. Get banned in the game get banned in real life!

does browsing era in vr count as playing videogames or does the era talks more about videogames than plays them stuff still apply?
