I use Night/dark mode on everything I possible can no matter what my lighting is like just because it's better on my eyes in general.

Even my word documents are in dark now now :P

Reading in Dark Theme in a dark room really hurts the eye after a while as pupils dilate and the subsequently brightened white letters against the dark backdrop start searing into the retina.
