According to Reddit this was gang related, and "no one saw anything" when police asked about the shooter.

Inconsistent stories makes sense as it was in a crowded (750 people) Halloween event.
Not cooperating may mean this is gang related. A post on Reddit said that a bunch of guys left and came back geared up, but there's no source.
Whatever the cause, it's fucked up. But this is reading more like a hit with lots of collateral damage vs a random mass shooting.
Cops are saying the first victim seems to have been targeted and the rest just shot at random. Still no suspects.
Not all the injuries could be from the actual gun, but panic injuries from people running, falling, trampling, etc.
Jesus at the vigil? Certainly lends credence to it being gang related. Hope no one else was hurt
