Dirty Workz' sub label, Electric Fox, has been steadily putting out modern Happy Hardcore. Stonebank is still making Happy Hardcore every blue moon. S3rl recently made a meme track with GPF and it's as absurd as it sounds. Darren Styles is still pumping out Happy Hardcore and his sets are still mostly Happy Hardcore focused. Japan has a decent Happy Hardcore scene.
The old style sound of Happy Hardcore along with UK Hardcore isn't there anymore, or should I say there's not many mainstream artists that are still making that specific sound. Everybody I mentioned have been making modern Happy Hardcore.
Kutski still pays respect to the genre with his Keeping The Rave Alive shows.
