EGS is on November though. So EGS and Rockstar Launcher exclusive for a month.
Has this announcement revealed the limit to Epic's budget?

Some modders will remake it in RDR2 about 2 years after it's out on PC.
This is cool news. I'll probably buy it next year, cuz this holiday I'll be upgrading my PC, so I'm likely to be pretty broke.
I wonder if Epic paid a lot for that because that isn't much of a window.

The way it's worded though seems that all of the other PC retailers are getting it in Nov, except Steam.

Gave up halfway on the console version due to the terrible gameplay/frustrating controls, thought I'd wait on the inevitable PC release which automatically will be a better experience just due to the higher fps, plus cheats, mods, trainers etc. XD.

Didn't they say they wouldn't do new story content and only do MP from here on out? Or was that GTAV?
Rock star exclusivity 1 month! so random. I assume this means all sales from Humble/GMG will be epic keys though :(

They'll be Rockstar keys. This has already been the case on GTA V (Steam version on Steam Store only) so nothing new here.
True, this is great news! I wont have a new graphics card until at least Black Friday anyways so no love lost.
