That aren't TLOTR or The Hobbit or Harry Potter.

I can't seem to come up with any ones that were good.

Conan the Barbarian is old but still excellent. It feels off, but in a weird, 80s way.
Hercules (the version with The Rock) was surprisingly decent. Significantly smarter, and with better dialogue than you'd expect from a seemingly-generic throwaway release.

Hellboy 1 and 2, more so 2.

The first is mostly urban fantasty, but the sequel really digs into high fantasy within that urban fantasy setting.

Not a movie but Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal is only 5 episodes (so far) and is one of the most brutally beautiful pieces of animation I've seen in a long time and an ode to pulp fiction in the vein of stuff like Conan the Barbarian.

Do you have Disney+?

If so, Willow

Edit: Glad to see so many Willow recommendations. I hope Disney remakes it.

Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves toes the line of fantasy and trying to be "historically" accurate.

Willow, as many have said. It's George Lucas and Ron Howard and holds up well.

He-Man with Dolph Lundgren.

The Last Unicorn and animated Hobbit are dope too.

He-Man with Dolph Lundgren.

I thought of this one but it's a scifi/fantasy mashup and op said no scifi.

But it's a tour-de-force effort from Frank Langella, who is absolutely superb as Skeletor. One of my favourite performances ever. Gary Goddard put a real Fourth World vibe into this film which was very cool as well. Some of the Earth stuff is very weak, but every scene with Skeletor is a gem

The 1984 TV show Robin of Sherwood is still dope (mostly the first two seasons, though).
And 1998 Hallmark's Merlin with Sam Neill.
