I actually re-watched this from a year or two ago where I wasn't paying attention and thought it sucked….this time I turned of all my devices and focused. Lots of great ideas, unfortunately John Carpenter's special effects here wasn't his best work and the acting is feast or famine. But it's god some great ideas and its existential horror 'charm' makes up for the misses.
