Finally something for this game, still not worth $70 for me but to each their own. I'll check it out eventually whether on sale or plus/now. Hope it's successful enough for the devs.
Easily could have been PSN Plus title... Microtransactions too lol? This is going to be another Rocket Arena, that game went on bargain bin after like a month.
Charging $70 for a niche new IP at launch, let alone one that gives off vibes of successful F2P games, is an absolute death sentence. This gives me OnRush vibes in that it doesn't matter how good the reviews are, this is destined to bomb. Which is a shame, it looks fun.

Looks gorgeous and I thought the brief bit of gameplay shown before looked fun and dynamic, but I don't see much of a future for this game, will probably have some success at launch, though.
These characters designs are disgusting to look at. Hopefully the game is fun but at 70$ this is DoA.

I really like the look and idea of this game. I'm not getting a PS5 anywhere near launch, but hopefully this is still alive when I do.
That's the 2020 Next Gen launch for you. I mean, people preordered one Next Gen system already without seeing a single Next Gen Game running on it. And that is a lot more $$ than the $70 asking price for this game.
Why this is not PS Plus launch title? As a 70$ title it will be buried in less than one month. :/

Seems like it's for aesthetic purchases, can be earned regularly through play.
It doesn't actually confirm microtransactions, although I guess that's where they're going with it. "AllStar Currency can be earned through online play. This boost should give you a head start on customizing your racing stripes whilst you earn the rest!"
Yeah this thing feels like it's going to be dead on arrival, especially here in the UK where it'll be £70 ($90)
