Basically, thread title. I have a rig with an GTX 970, i5-8400 and 16gb RAM and I really don't know where I want to go with next-gen.
I have an 1080 monitor display for my PC rig and an 4K 55'' TV with an LG C7 for console gaming. I don't really plan on going 4k with my PC (at least not now).
I also have a Switch for Nintendo gaming.
I really don't know, I work with an computer, I study with an computer, do I really need my gaming hobby to be in a computer aswell? PS5 would be just plug into the socket and be ready for the entire next-gen, meanwhile in an computer I have to worry about upgrading my CPU so it stops being a bottleneck, worry about changing my mainboard later on, maybe add more RAM memory depending on how Next-gen ends up doing. But at the same time I love the possibility of going full Ultra with my games with Ray-tracing on, have an insane possibility of games to play and what not.
I really don't know where to go, it could go either way, FUCK! I need someone to help convince me on one or the other because I'm having really hard trouble.
