In the absence of Xbox NPD numbers, I am just glad that PornHub is picking up the slack.

Maybe Nintendo is hesitant to put an official web browser on the Switch is because they don't want it to be on this list. LOL

Pornhub released their annual year-in-review, offering insights on stuff like most searched terms, device traffic, hours logged, and things like that. It's all very neat and worth looking into if you like statistics and data.

But this is a video game forum.

As such, here are some statistics specifically catered to y'all.

PlayStation leads the pack, and Switch would be on here if the damn thing had a web browser. But alas. No need to beat a dead horse. What I wanna know, what's with that Vita spike, man? A 23% increase over last year is nothing to scoff at, and generating 9% of traffic is super impressive for a dead platform. Who are all these people watching porn on a Vita in 2019? And 3DS porn watchers, if you're reading this, find yourself a better solution for gods sake.

As for game related searches, Overwatch remains the most popular, same as last year. But Apex Legends is the newcomer on the block and it did very well for a new entry, reaching absurd lengths in late February. Apex did so well in fact, that it made onto the list of "searches that defined 2019" whatever the hell that means.
