The game looks better in motion. Also they're re-recording the dialogue and Yuri Lowenthal is doing motion capture.
EDIT: They've confirmed that this is the first ever official remake (not remaster) from Ubisoft.

Uncharted 2 looks better. Like it looks like a PS3 game. There is no way they are doing a remake looking like that so late into the generation. Such a weird decision.

With that said, if it's a $30 (max) downloadable game, I might bite.

Kinda surprised we haven't seen more remakes from Ubi, their back catalog is honestly way better than most western publishers

Guess it's not that surprising that it's not on the Switch since most third parties aren't into the system, but feels weird it's not on Switch. Definitely seems like it'd be possible on the system. Hopefully, visually it will improve closer to release
