Maybe a stupid question but what lights/lighting do you use behind the TV?
I really like that "glow from behind the TV" look
Just an led strip around the back of my tv. Helps increase the contrast with the blacks that can bleed due to it being a backlit lcd display.Maybe a stupid question but what lights/lighting do you use behind the TV?

Did you slide the unit to the left to compensate for the PS5 or was it always not centered like that?
I made room for the PS 5. But it works out quite well with the plant on the right.Did you slide the unit to the left to compensate for the PS5 or was it always not centered like that?

Beautiful cabinet.
Yup, just get a mount that supports 200 mm x 200 mm.Thanks, I don't own the TV, but I'm looking to put this
In my kitchen
So I Googled the make and model and got this
So I just use that info to get a mount, right?
Got a new LG CX a few weeks ago so had to move things around to make room.
Old Sony 55in w900a moved from living room to the 2nd bedroom. Has a steam link for now and Switch
previous TV in game room (Samsung 65in KS9000) moved to living room. Any gaming here will probably only be done through streaming (fire tv stick 4k or Nvidia Shield)
new LG CX placed in game room
added a bookshelf beside PC area
It's an appreciable upgrade over the Samsung. Blooming and viewing angles were always the biggest issues I had and the OLED panel solves them all.

KS9000
43" screen size, it's a great size for my setup, but the damn PS5 sticks out like a sore thumb.

Huge bezels on a Pioneer tv... Gotta be an old plasma right? My friend is still running a 8 year old Panasonic 60inch plasma for his modern systems.
Yeah, it's the last model year of the Pioneer Kuro. An LX6090. Still a beast with no signs of slowing down. I'll ride it until the end, then will probably go OLED with an LG CX or whatever is king by then. I'd move it upstairs at some point but it's so goddamn heavy.Huge bezels on a Pioneer tv... Where did you get that glass stand for the TV from? Nice way to lift it up for the speaker.Complete
SX and Switch on left
PS5
LG B7 55 OLEDOOn raised glass stand with center channel underneath
LG 4k BR player with hdmi audio out
Sony 5.1 reciever with wireless rears
Apple tv 4k
Xfinity box
Stand is some solid wood and some particle board but it's solid.
This is the media room/basement set up.
PC set up too cluttered for a pic right now lol but it's a 3080 8700k rig with 2 27" 1440p gsync/freesync monitors.

I really like the look of your set-up. Except for the PS5, everything else looks on point. Fingers crossed for a PS5 slim in a couple of years that doesn't away with this ugly design.
Aww, so cute!
That woulda been a heck in' time to be in the chill portion of N+C to come up and see that eyeing you down.
I actually have the door fronts and due to everyone complaining I have since adjusted them. 😅Beautiful setup. Just wanted to give a tip from a fellow BESTA owner. It looks like you have drawer fronts for this unit right? I had the drawer fronts before too and they were nice, but there's absolutely no adjustment on them so they usually don't all line up perfectly. If this bothers you (like it did me) get the door fronts. Plenty of adjustment and you can line up the doors perfectly. Looks SO much better. Just a heads up!

Here. 🤷🏻♀️
You guys sure have a good eye for interior design and aesthetics!
Moved recently. Here's the latest. I'm making some more changes soon though. The painting is homemade by my wife.
Love the shelves all around. Cozy game area.
