I walk 5 minutes to work every morning.
We get boxes and boxes of free bagels every Friday.
Everyone I work with is incredibly friendly and I'd consider most my friends as well.
I get to do what I dreamed of doing as a kid and it's pretty rad.

Basically everything tbh, but I'm eating some free hot cheetos right now chilling looking out at an awesome view of the bay which is nice.

I guess also:

• 3 free meals a day + excellently stocked snack kitchen with bougie/healthy/a bunch of snacks and drinks
• Company hosted happy hours with near unlimited alcohol
• Gym and showers
• Effectively unlimited PTO + VTO
• Free transportation (Lyft/bikes)
• WFH flexibility
• Flexible hours, I come in and leave whenever I want
• Cool workplace, arcade with multiple cabinets, air hockey, pool, and TVs with Smash/any other competitive game imaginable
• Amazing free dental/vision/health
• good w/l balance
• barista coffee service 2x a week + coffee making classes and pro grade espresso machines on all floors
