The parts with her are by far the most intense part of the game and that says something because the who game had cool moments. Some were instant classics in a series where there are a lot of memorable moments.

The story of the game is in fact the protagonist having an affair with giant vampire lady only to be caught in the act by her husband, Mr. X. Then you spend the rest of the game trying to avoid the jealous rage of her hubby and dodging the vampire lady who is still lusting after your smaller self.

The 3m Vampire Waifu seems to be a good stalker enemy hopefully she's not awful like Remake Nemesis.
