Good time to reiterate - reviewers who enjoy the game aren't automatically shilling for Pokemon, and aren't just giving positive impressions because they're excited about the game in HD. They probably just liked the game.
The same goes both ways - reviewers who dislike the game aren't necessarily being 'swayed by the toxicity' or hating on things because they already made their mind up about the game then the Pokécull was confirmed. They probably just didn't like the game.
The vast majority of reviewers are just giving their opinion of the game - unless there are egregious mistakes made in the text that are factually misleading, all opinions are valid and shouldn't be discredited from the jump.

It was only one specific streamer that was using hacks, and those bugs were things like the game locking up. All the graphical issues are legit sadly.
As far as we know, all of the weird bugs in-battle came from the same streamer using cheats. Everything else should be legit.
I honestly don't see a mainline Pokémon game getting anything lower than a 80.
