Kalos: Klefki (I'm not that in love in much of Gen 6's designs. Could maybe have stretched to Noivern, Tyrantrum or Heliolisk at a push)

Alola: Mimikyu (But also wanted to give it to Incineroar, Toucannon and Oricorio)

I never like voting for Starters or Legendaries in these kinds of things generally.

Man, after going through each gen, I really couldn't care less about a gen 4 remake. Gen 4 Pokedex sucks.

Would have been great to get the gen 3 remakes on Switch instead of 3DS.

It's gonna be interesting to see Greninja come up in the upper rankings yet again and still not have Greninja confirmed for Sw/Sh. The smaller Kalos dex and being one of the easiest to click in the form alone give it good chance. Then consider it as the ace of the Kalos Anime...

It won the Japan poll. I imagine it'll be up there in this one.

It's actually beating Charizard here on Era at the moment as well. 10 to 8 in Greninja's favour.

Wait, Greninja is not in Sword/Shield? I never even realised.

So many good Pokemon got Thanos snapped while the dumb, goofy orange dragon not only gets in but ends up the signature Pokemon of the Galar Champion. Fucking ridiculous.

It honestly, physically hurts me that I can't vote for Alolan Ninetales in the Alola category. Alolan Ninetales is so much better and far removed from regular Ninetales.

I had to think hard for Gen 8, it hasn't aged enough for me to feel like any one Pokemon stands out as a strong favorite, even though I think most of the designs are quite good. Johto there's too many to pick from that are all-time favorites, and Kingdra is (for some reason) I think the least popular of that bunch, so it gets my vote.
