Despite not playing yet, the highs for me so far have made up for the majority of lows.

This is true but
Unrevealed Shield counterpart > Sirfetch'd
Unrevealed Sword counterpart > Ponyta
They really should be more upfront about the exclusives, people should be able to make informed decisions.

Grookey, as time has gone on, was actually the most popular for awhile imo

Combee and Vespiquen have been on Serebii's list of available Pokémon since forever, so were likely shown in one of the trailers. No way that it's a spoiler. Plus I'm sure Xavi must have checked it before this thread was overran with WELL ACTUALLY, lol.
Can't wait to play the game. This generation is also interesting for me as this is the first generation, where I have no plans to add the new starters on the team. It also marks the first time where I am not also using a water type Pokémon on my team.
The poster is hinting at stats or move changes, which I would like to discover myself.

My biggest potential issue with this game is probably going to be the difficulty/being overleveled, so I think I'm just gonna use a ton of Pokemon this time around and rotate them in and out of my party. I actually did a playthrough of ORAS like this and it was surprisingly fun. I usually only use 6 of the new Pokemon when I play a new generation for the first time, but I think it's worth changing it up now.

I know that they didn't include Let's Go style catching, but has it been confirmed whether or not the Pokéball Plus can be used as a controller?

This feels a bit disingenuous since I doubt you've memorized Vespiquen's move set or anything like that. Feels like you're looking for reasons to get mad at people
Out of the staters the order was always
Sobble>Grookey>Scorbunny
People wanted to protect sobble
Grookey was the hype
Scorbunny was not well received(in the beginning anyways)

Super looking forward to tomorrow. Despite some shortcomings I'm really excited to see what the game has to offer from the main game standpoint and competitive.

I'm a bit sad my title wasn't voted as much, but I'm glad it was a runner-up at least. I love this title, though, and I think it's better than mine.
