It's no coincidence that I started playing my vita again last week and then this thread comes along.
Same here for the Vita TV. Never had the money to jump on one.
Absolutely no toxic comments or trolling in this thread that just so happens to be about the Vita. I know it's anecdotal evidence, but almost all Vita fans I've spoken to have been nice. I currently have the original OLED model and I'm actually considering trying to find a new(ish) OLED to keep around in case mine finally bites the dust.
You're the real MVP, more people need to give the Vita a shot. I'm a huge handheld fan and the Vita is absolutely amazing.
OP has the old version of the Vita though which you can't just use like this cause the Vita itself didn't have micro USB then.

Yup, we're kinda on a pedestal of our own. Vita means life.
So when Greg isn't giving away free Vita stuff, can he go pester Sony to put some Vita games on sale please?

Despite not being too into 90% of the exclusives on Vita (including Sony exclusives games that have Vita ports), I do really like the system, and do think more people should give it a chance if they can get one for cheap (or free).

The charger is the number 1 reason to upgrade to a Vita 2000 :D Start and Select buttons are reason number 2.
This is very good to know in the case my 1000 charger craps out.Greg being a boss.

Lets you use any standard micro USB phone charger. Been using it for a couple years now with no issues.
thank you for posting this link, I have had charging issues because of a frayed cable as well. this makes it WAAAAAY easier haha kudos!
