Given Troy's baker's character also happens to have one, albeit with a more reddish glow, it stands to reason that the baby is connected to inter-reality travel.
Kind of reminds me the cat from the movie, Constantine- The tale that they are both of this and the underworld and is therefore used as a medium to cross over.

I think we are getting more than a 2 minute trailer. I think we are getting something like the extended MGSV gameplay reveal.

He is not a liar he was a journalist for one of the biggest site in Italy, now he have is own site since he left the old place. He have done a lot of interview with Kojima and he speak japanese too iirc so he can even be friend with Kojima itself.
