I'm curious to see how prepared for streaming full video games we are. Personally I'm not excited about or really interested in Google's Stadia, but I do feel like this is a bit of an inevitability on some level, at least for console games.

So, what's your internet speed, data cap, and how much do you pay? How frequently do you hit your data cap and do you think you'll invest in streaming video games with your current plan or upgrade to a new one?

Down: 300mbps
Up: 30mbps

Cap: 900gb
Price: $80

Gigabit with no cap, but my 90ms ping to Seattle didn't allow me to try out Project Stream when they were testing it last year. Not expecting anything different for Stadia.

Yep. This is what I deal with.

No data cap, thankfully.

there aren't a lot of better options out where I live. Some might have more expensive slightly faster plans but have awful caps, so I'm not going for that.

There's no cable internet or any of that shit in the rural parts. all wireless.

I'm limited by the Gigabit Ethernet bandwidth threshold of the modem port though. I have 1.5Gbps into my modem.

Spectrum internet in L.A.
I'm at 100 down/"100" up $45/month
No cap that I'm aware of

Im usually at 80 down with 9-10 up
Sit around 10-16 ping.

For $25 more I can run at 400mbs but not needed yet.

just switched over to att fiber from comcast. with comcast i was at 175Mbps down and like 5Mbps up with a 1tb data cap. I went over the cap these past two months and they offer to waive the overage fee for 2 months. was paying $110/mo. with the gigabit fiber im getting 875ish down and 900+up, $80/mo no cap. i dont need that kind of speed, but im not bullshitting around with no data cap. no speedtest pic since im at work.

You don't seem to have an option for less than 10Mbps. Anyways:

40Mbps and 250GB per month.

Sadly, as usual, Stadia will take years to come here (PSNow isn't here yet either). "for everyone" yeah...

edit:

Holy-... Internet in the US is mostly expensive in comparison, no?
