Yeah, those are the exact reasons I thought 450 BOM doesn't make sense, particularly when you consider XSX is supposed to be more than that. $150 bath on each machine is a lot over 11 million machines.

You also have to remember that the UK and EU do VAT, while US and CAN don't.
It isn't really, US don't include taxes, Europe does. So in reality it's 399 euros vs $440 (if you live in California at least).
