Damn, the exact same Hades formula would work really well with the Marvel IP
My Friend Pedro but it's Deadpool.
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night but it's Elsa Bloodstone.
Fix It Felix Jr. but it's Damage Control.

I think I was thinking of the Ultimate Universe version.
However, the Wrecking Crew works better for this type of game than the actual cast from Damage Control.
Moon Knight investigative point-n-click adventure game on his quest to get his money from that fucking nerd, Dracula.

I was going to pitch exactly this. It's probably one of my dream games.
2D OG Ninja Gaiden style action platformer starring Deadpool (just not as brutally difficult as NG). Do it.

Full blown Metroidvania starring Dr. Strange.
Base it on the Damnation storyline. Las Vegas is destroyed and Dr. Strange uses magic to bring it and its citizens back. The cost?
Mephisto comes along for the ride. As ruler of Hell, he had claimed the destroyed city and the souls of its residents for himself. Strange's resurrection of the city stole something from him and now he wants it back. Mephisto goes full on casino-owner. Sin City is living up to its namesake and Mephisto is reaping the benefits.
Strange challenges him. The whole game is a 2D-Metroidvania set inside the "Hotel Inferno" casino and resort. Strange loses access to many of his spells and tools upon entering in the classic "abili-tease." Strange has to work his way up to the top of the building, where Mephisto has taken residence. He'll slowly regain access to his abilities throughout the game as he defeats Mephisto's loyal servants and frees souls from damnation.

A side scrolling beat 'me up of Power Man & Iron Fist or Heroes for hire.
The game would be based on the Sanford Greene designs for the character.
Playable characters would be Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Misty Knight and Colleen Wing
If pixel art is your fancy have WayForward handle the development or if you want Greene's pencils pristinely preserved and animated smoothly.

Ant Man 2d platformer. I think the size lends itself to 2d better and could be quite charming. I was going to say it could have some stealth and heist stuff but everyone hates stealth sections of non-stealth games.
Or a version of XCOM but as Shield, maybe just the management parts and not combat. Trying to maintain momentum against hydra, managing infiltration or government influence...with no action it could be done on a shoestring.
