I also don't enjoy the non-funny and have far less engagement with the thread than I ever used to. But I don't post anything, so whatever.

Things being unfunny isn't a problem because funny is subjective.

Posting things that aren't actually trying to be funny in the first place, i.e a cool clip from an anime etc is.

This isn't a "cool pics/vids' thread, so getting spammed with non humour based posts is not only off-putting but also goes against the thread premise.

Ah that makes sense, like I mentioned I don't really click videos often at all in this thread so had no clue on the context of any of them, just one of those things that looks weird out of context lol.

The only issue with that is it still bumps the thread to the top of the "watched" list even if the user that posted is on your ignore list

I wish there was a way to ignore a user only in a defined thread and have it not bump the thread in your watched list when they post.

Then again, that feature would probably only be used in this thread.
