I started watching TNG earlier this year and she quickly became one of my favorite characters! I was shocked and then sad when I started the next season and she just disappeared.
I've never understood the hate either. I think a lot of it just boiled down to "she wasn't Beverly Crusher"

It's a weird sort of play. I had a golden retriever that would snatch frogs out of a pond, carry them to the dirt and watch them hop around. When he was done he would pick them up and put them back in the water.
One time he slipped and swallowed the frog, he didn't do it anymore after that.
She isn't Crusher and she's mean to lovely Data. I always liked her.
I am a canine behavioural therapist and I've seen this behaviour many times. Dogs hate the taste of fish adrenaline, so the dog is lulling the fish into a false sense of security. When the fish begins to relax, the dog will snap it up from the water and crunch that sucker hard.
Perhaps he's using the old meaning of pure.

Man that is the most Golden Retriever I have ever seen. I say this as a long time Golden owner.
Which is funny because Gates McFadden left the show because Beverly Crusher wasn't being utilized. So why the outcry to get her back, I have no idea. But then she came back, was given slightly more to do (namely hot yoga with Troi), and everyone was happy.

Wow, this is really impressive. She's able to look so smooth and comfortable doing it too. And that jump over the table at the end could have easily gone wrong landing on her hands/wrists, but she nailed it.
Yeah, I'm really amazed. Running on all fours is really hard but she makes it look easy.
At first I thought this was nitpicking because the gears were the wrong size, but then I realised what it meant! It's a nice idea but yeah, maybe needed a bit more thought before going to print.

I know that we are close to the sun and Mars is the next planet. But would have to guess how many between us and the sun.
This is making me queasy just looking at it. What ride is it? I cannot stand roller coasters...
Its like a sling-shot, launching you into the sky. You feel a lot of Gs, the apex, then a free fall, until you even out and that's the end of the ride.
These things dont seem too safe seeing as I'm always seeing videos of them making people pass out.

I recall a similar vid some time back that had a beaver full on making nom nom nom noises. Was deeply satisfying.
And yet watching a human do the same will make you 100% more likely to kill a mf. Nature is wild!
