Someone does not know how to do math. That is less than a dollar per citizen. If you gave 1 million then only 500 persons would get it.
It's actually about $1.53 per citizen.

This is legitimately difficult to wrap my mind around.

It's really not when you consider he has 60 billion left in the bank and succeeded in making it significantly less likely that a far left candidate (who could actually make a dent in his net worth) will be sitting in the Oval Office this November.
