You say that as though MS somehow generates revenue from PC users buying sony games, which they do not. But, do you, since you always fanboy this shit in every thread I guess.
For the likes of GoW, TLOU, and Bloodborne...yeah I would. I haven't for what's been released thus far though (I own all of those on PS4...Horizon, Death Stranding, and Days Gone).
I imagine he means old but good games on gamepass...... Otherwise he has a very different idea of "top quality" than I do.
Pretty much everything is Play Anywhere these days though there are still exceptions like MCC.
It's still hard to find a trace of all these triumphant predictions on their financial reports, and I won't talk about external reports.
