For some, running this powershell command as admin has worked to get rid of files if you get into an uninstalled state.

Get-AppxPackage -Name "100B7A24.oxyna" | Remove-AppxPackage -AllUsers
Others you gotta see if you can uninstall it first, restart, see that it actually clears out of the ModifiableWindowsApps folder first, etc. Everyone's getting into a different state.
Just remember that if you change any permissions on the WindowsApps folders, like taking ownership of it, that you put the ownership back once you're done (set it to NT Service\TrustedInstaller) or it'll also cause problems down the road.
