Supposed to be Persona 5 Strikers.I thought it was already confirmed. Doesn't it even have a different name in the west vs Japan?
you say that yet that's what is supposed to be happening with SMT5One day Atlus will consider the possibility of simultaneously localising their games alongside development instead of making people in the West wait up to a year, y'know like other developers do. Persona isn't in the little leagues any more.
It's Atlus. The only reason we're getting SMTV as a WW simultaneous release next year is because Nintendo stepped in.I just wish this was a worldwide release, the game definitely has western appeal, I don't see why they wouldn't put everything together before.

Can't say I was aware of that since I'm not particularly interested in mainline SMT, could it be due to Nintendo having a larger role in development and publishing though? Both Persona 4 Arena games were fully localised and released only a few months apart due to Arcsys. They are doing that with SMTV
Iknow, pigs have literally started flying.
That's SMT3's western window though.I was always under the assumption of March-April 2021 release. Would give it a nice year gap between royals western release.
Not explicitly. This could have just been about the Asian release. This time, it's explicit. It was mentioned in previous financial statements too: https://www.siliconera.com/persona-...ed-in-koei-tecmo-fiscal-year-report-for-2019/
I'm doubtful this would happen without Nintendo's involvment tbh.you say that yet that's what is supposed to be happening with SMT5

It has nothing to do with Nintendo, Atlus themselves said they were going to start pushing for worldwide releases in 2018. Things just take time to come together. https://personacentral.com/sega-aim...rldwide-releases-cites-atlus-usa-proficiency/I'm doubtful this would happen without Nintendo's involvment tbh.
We knew this is coming, we just really really need to know when
Since I've only played Persona 5 Royal, not sure if want but it's good there is finally confirmation.
