It feels like they want to head off any arguments that they're not working on any legislation during impeachment
I've never watched her live before but, jesus, this is really incoherent, half of her sentences are just a lost cause.
I mean I'm behind the basic ideas here and I know it's nerve wracking being up there, but damn lady...
It sounds like she has a very dry mouth, which makes her words get stuck.
I almost want to say she had a stroke in the past but maybe it was just nerves who knows.
I understand these are crazy times but people can't expect every press conference to have jaw dropping news in it.
She always sounds like that to me. She's a very stiff public speaker.

I get what's shes doing, this is responding to the republican talking point that the Dems don't want to work on this stuff, but damn is it coming off stiff. Watching it live, anyway.
Yeah, sorry, I meant why in the hell is she speaking to the audience and taking questions when she can hardly get a complete sentence out without searching for the right word?
I mean she's everyone's boss in the house. She decided who took up the investigation, names heads of committees, etc.

I don't think the Dems had any other real strategy beyond issuing subpoenas at this point.
I think they knew they would be ignored. And that works in their favor, because it looks like Trump & Co. are hiding from the truth.
