I just wish they clarified if the RT modes in that chart had DLSS on or not.
I can't believe 3080s are still impossible to get. Selling my 2080ti was the dumbest move I've made in a long time and thats saying a lot lol
For sure they have dlss enabled , and probably performance instead of quality. Running native 4k with ultra RTX on a 3080 would be a slide showI just wish they clarified if the RT modes in that chart had DLSS on or not.
Pretty sure thats with DLSS. You are not getting RT without using DLSS at any acceptable framerate period.

I'd gotten lucky with a ps5 order back in September and thought lady luck was on my side 😅. Cue 2 months later without a gpu
Since the thread was locked.....had a question about Cyberpunk 2077 and its new specs for the PC ver
For 1080p it shows RX 590 with 6 GB VRAM so....
My RX 580 has 8 GB VRAM so would that mean it would still work at 1080p settings?
Well unless they changed how their AI crowds work and how dynamic everything is , its seems reasonable . GTA and UBisoft games had a lot of dynamic crowds and npcs reacting to stuff and player can influence that . Just based on W3, which was very static and rigid with that stuff I dont think they completely overhauled whole thingCPU specs are lower than I would have thought for an open-world game like CP2077.
You might need to drop some performance-hogging stuff to Medium, but you'll be close to fine would be my guess.

Digital Foundry's gonna be all over this one, so just wait and see.
A 750w would probably be fine since that is what Nvidia recommends. As for a specific brand I have always gone with Corsair. I got a 850w along with my 3090 just in case I need more headroom later.Neat. I managed to snag a 3090 FE from Best Buy today.
Can I get some recommendations for a new PSU? I am currently running a Seasonic Focus Plus 650 PLAT (SSR-650PX) - Should I just bump up to the 850W version?
I wouldn't worry about it too much. RX 590 is just slightly faster than a 580. Generally the RX 580 is pretty competitive with the 1060 6GB which they also listed in the same tier.
I'm hopeful that the different paths you can take with each mission will make the gameplay more exciting, but I kind of agree with it looking pretty generic. But man I'm really excited to explore the world they've created. The gameplay seems generic and uninspired so I have no hype for it but damn if it isn't absolutely gorgeous to look at. Looking forward to checking it out on max settings on my next PC upgrade sometime in 2021/2022. And hopefully it surprises the heck out of me and it's the full package GOAT game.
Guess my 1060 laptop will be melting at 1080p high, oh well. Going to try it anyway.
Luckily it's winter so I'll be playing with my coat on, windows open, and Cooler Boost activated lmao
Which one is better, 1660 super, or 1660 ti? I always get those 2 confused.

I would ideally like to futureproof if possible. Any 1000W recommendations? I'm not brand loyal.
Gah if only I had a rtx card. Should still look good with RTX off....maybe
Welp, i already own a TI.The 1660 Ti is better by almost nothing. I'd go for the Super and just overclock it (it'll end up better than the Ti), since it's cheaper, or jump to a 2060. 1660 Ti makes no sense with the Super
