I switch between my 1440P/165hz Aorus and my 4k/120hz Sony 900hz.
I can only game at 4K/60 with my PC hooked up to the 900h but that's fine for 99% of games.

1080p 144hz
My PC couldn't get the frames for 1440p 144hz to be worth it. Planning on upgrading at some point though, along with GPU.

65" Sony x900e

Not that my 1070 can do much with it. I really want to upgrade, but OLED just seems like a bad idea for a PC monitor and I haven't seen anything in the LED space that makes me think "need to upgrade now!"

As for upgrading my GPU, I feel like I have to set aside more $$$ for that than for a TV -_-

Been using the same 1080p/144Hz monitor for 5 years. Probably time to get a new one the next time I upgrade my GPU, which is still years off.

I'm looking to upgrade here in the next couple months. I'm currently on 1080p 60hz.

I have a GTX 1660 - would yall recommend a 1440p 144hz display or a 4k 60hz display? Those are about all I can afford at < $320.

I've got a 1440 144hz monitor at my desk for when I game there, and my 4k TV which is... Probably not actually 4k most of the time I play there lol.

27" monitor, 2560x1440 at 144hz.
I don't feel any need for a 4k monitor, since at 27" 1440p looks great. It also makes it easy to max out games and still get 144 fps or close. I'll stick with it for many more years I'm sure.

I've had ultrawide for a few years and it's been more trouble than I care for at this point. Games that support it are great, but incompatibility and non-native "fixes" are almost always a headache. And switching among 2 or 3 displays for 16:9 support just isn't a reasonable when so many games just don't even support display selection. I've been very tempted to just go 1440p lately.

I use both of my displays equally for gaming on PC. I use my 1440p/144hz monitor for mouse/kb multiplayer games like WoW, Apex Legends etc and I use my LG CX 48" TV for everything else.

Ultrawide 1440p, 3440x1440p(at 144hz). It feels great to have the extra real estate on screen. You do take a performance hit though compared to standard 1440p.

I have all of the above :D

1080p, 240hz as my primary monitor.

1440p, 144hz ultrawide in my left side.

4K OLED, 120hz in my far right side.

got a budget 4k display and is 30hz if not native and mouse is unuseable at that refresh rate, so i make it 4k/60 and made my mouse cursor a little (a lot) bigger
not for gaming, mainly editing/browisng though

1080p on both my primary (LG CX) and secondary (Asus VG24QE)

Windows 7 has shit DPI scaling and my hardware is three gens behind for me to make the jump past 1080p.

1440p 144hz and have no plans for higher. Just got a second Predator. Just wish I could get the colors to match on screen . I've tried everything...

Still 1080p. It used to be I didn't want to upgrade until I could get a 4K screen with GSYNC.

Now I don't want to upgrade unless I can get a 4K screen with HDR and Gsync compatible Freesync.
(I'm totally going to be waiting a while, then a little while more until they get to "reasonable" prices).

1080p, 1440p monitors are out of my range right now and when I hear that a video card isn't good enough for not delivering more than 60FPS on 1440p, that's how I know how low I'm aiming for new parts lol.

Pathetic!

I thought a dedicated gaming forum would house the worlds PC elite gamers.

I was wrong.

1440p @ 144 Hz. Good enough for me at the moment.

My next GPU (Nvidia 4000 series?) will probably get paired with a new 4K monitor.

3440x1440/100hz for single player games, 2560x1440/170hz for multiplayer games.

The current gpu climate has disinclined me from upgrading my monitor... No interest in needing a $1K+ gpu to push the better monitor...

So I'm still on my 2015 LG 1080p ultrawide...

For my PC, I use a 27" 1440p 75hz monitor. Said PC is also connected to a 43" 4k60 Tv (both are 16:9), and so are my consoles.

I'm not sure which would be my vote. I believe I use them about equally. It's normally more of a question of whether the games play better with m/k or controller.

Upgraded to 1440p last year. My 1920x1200 display finally died on me and I wasn't going to downgrade to 1080p. The extra vertical real estate is way too nice to give up. Wouldn't mind going ultrawide 1440p, but I don't have the room for it right now.

1440p @ 144hz with GSync for the last few years and split on next monitor being a nicer one in terms of feature set at the same resolution, or going up to 3440x1440 ultrawide.

Would either play out as buying another 1440p 27" monitor to have them side by side, or sell current monitor and move to the UW by itself.

1440x900 @60Hz. I'm long due for an upgrade. Aiming for a QHD Ultrawide 144Hz. Wish me luck!
