I wonder if Hajime Tabata and JP Games would be willing to partner with Xbox on Lost Odyssey? Mistwalker needs to be involved, of course, but they would likely need a second partner studio like they did on the first Lost Odyssey.Lost Odyssey seems to fill a more important gap for MS imo.
A big budget JRPG exclusive is something we haven't seen from MS for more than a console generation. Seems even more important now as Xbox keeps getting the short end of the stick with franchises such as Final Fantasy. This is a move that would turn heads.
On a side note, even though MS don't technically own the IP, they should look to fund a new Ninja Gaiden title
Yeah. As much as we need some of these other franchises back, we also need a new KI game.
DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE!!!! A next-gen Mech Assault could be AMAZING! Uuuuugh, GIVE IT TO ME!!!
Freelancer, Starlancer, Allegiance...MS had some great space games.Came into this thread to vote for Banjo, saw Freelancer and Lost Odyssey, and now want to make 3 votes
The most correct answer
With Cyberpunk shitting the bed, now is when MS goes all "hold my beer" and blows our mind with Shadowrun.
Viva Piñata would be huge with the Animal Crossing crowd and should be a high priority revival. Release it on PC and Switch too.
Viva piñata is nothing like animal crossing... If they made a vp game to cater to the animal crossing crowd I do not think it would be a very good game.I want Banjo, but Viva Piñata is the smart choice today if properly marketed.
Mechwarrior and MechAssault are very different experiences, the latter being a much less of a simulation.
PGR.
I don't care how much of a conflict there is (or people perceive there to be) with Forza Horizon. I still think there's room for PGR.
