It's great. Gorgeous, plays like a dream, but there's one boss fight in particular that can get in the bin. It's a real expansion on the first one in every possible way, and it'll definitely give you some more of the feels
What boss do you mean? I didn't have enough problems with any of them to end up thinking one of them should end up in the bin.
Wow!!At long last, I can finally post mine:

Review: Ori and the Will of the Wisps - Hardcore Gamer
An incredible unison of sub-genres and seemingly conflicted elements alike, Ori and the Will of the Wisps is an absolute triumph of game design.hardcoregamer.com
Must've reviewed near to 150 games by now. First time I've ever given a perfect score. GOTY contender without question.
Oh, wow, I beat it first try. (was playing on normal). I guess we are all really different when playing :)Thehad me stuck for about 2 hours or more! A couple of other people I spoke to had the same trouble. Incredible game thoughspider

Review | Ori and the Will of the Wisps
An Instant Classic In the games industry, as in the movie industry, there are accepted norms. For example, there are sequels to beloved titles that arexboxera.com

You can. But some backstory is nice to know. The OT is a little recap in the start post.Any indication if I would be able to jump into this without playing the first game??
That's not unprofessional... they are doing their job. These issues should have been fixed in the code going out to reviewers. That's on Moon Studios I'm afraid.Urgh. Some reviewers are talking about technical issues that simply don't exist on the product people are able to buy.
Unprofessional.
If you know a day one patch is coming, defer your score and amend accordingly.
You might as well review a demo or a beta if you aren't actually reviewing the product that customers actually get to play on day 1.
Would you recommend hard?Took me about an hour on Hard, once I figured out the mechanics and altered my Spirit Shard loadout, it wasn't too bad.
