Onward is from the director of Monsters University.80ish % and that consensus are almost exactly what I thought it'd be. I'll check it out on blu/digital, but def not something I want to catch in theaters like most Pixar films.
People in here pretending Inside Out isn't one of Pixar's best movies.
A shame. Up, Wall-E and Inside out are all better than ratatouille
Ratatouille is the greatest of those, but of course, I don't agree with the sentiment that Pixar hasn't made a great one since Ratatouille.Ratatouille started an unprecedented four year run (with Wall-E, Up and Toy Story 4) for Pixar and it's definitely the "least great" of those.
Oh my God, I thought I was alone.
Oh my God, I thought I was alone.
What a masterpiece.
Ever since then, every single one of their films has been a pacing nightmare.
I wish I could see what everyone sees in Up, but unless everyone watched a different version of the movie that stopped after the intro then I don't see what's so great about it.
This is colossally wrong.
I know that these things are usually subjective but this is so wrong in so many levels that it really feels like you're just trolling. Come on.
Inside Out was one of Pixar's best movies full stop.
It looks like one on the lower end of Pixar's films. But as Samred's review above says, it seems like a great pick for parents with kids.
The trailer for this one just didn't look like Pixar for some reason. More like a DreamWorks joint
This is a fun typo
That opening scene is the most touching piece of animation they've ever done imo. (The one recounting Carl and Ellie's life obviously).I wish I could see what everyone sees in Up, but unless everyone watched a different version of the movie that stopped after the intro then I don't see what's so great about it.
Not sure but wouldn't doubt it. Disney's animated movies have been better than Pixar's by and large post inside out imo.Didn't Disney suck some of the talent from Pixar for their Disney movies?
