Ain't gonna get into the gritty details of which Straw Hats have the best gags. What I will say is I hands down think the funniest Straw hat is Usopp.
It's Luffy for me in terms of overall humor, mainly because him not giving a fuck lends itself to a shitload of hilarious moments
Best running gags are Robin tho probably

oda's paradox: no matter how many years one piece is being published in jump, there's still 5 years of material before it wraps up
The aftermath of Wano will help us make better estimates but the way they're fudging the numbers now, I wouldn't be surprised if we make it to the 30th anniversary in 2027.

I eagerly await Bone Piece in 2030 that follows the musical journeys of Brook.
For me, I don't think she's going to be phased out per se, but her subplot is wrapping up so she won't continue in the story unless she's a strawhat. She begged Pedro for an adventure that she thought would last half a day, so to me she always planned to return to Zou. That changed when he died, but she hasn't made any effort to continue his dream and instead is much more focused on revenge. In Wano, she has very little spotlight, which could be attributed to Oda's editor Naito (who admittedly LOVES Carrot) no longer being the main editor. She also is fighting a tertiary character to the Wano plot with another Mink instead of on her own or with another SH.
She's a funny and fantastic character when Oda decides to focus on her, and as this poll shows she's one of the best secondary characters on the same level as Law, Sabo, and Ace, but she hasn't had that new nakama moment yet. Even Caribou has asked to board the ship, so until Carrot makes a similar claim she's only secondary to me.

I got no problem with the rankings. I do wish that Franky and Brook were higher but hey, they gotta do more. Franky hasn't shined in a good while and Brook, while he did a lot in WCI, hasn't really done much in Wano (and that whole perv thing was annoying to me personally). With that said I do like that Luffy, Zoro and Nami are the top 3. That's the type of stuff I like to see. I was reading the Gaf OT from 2014, and people were talking about how Oda wanted One Piece to end in 5 years.

Idk why it just now registered that the haki is what made Luffy's arms black. Guess I'm not used to seeing color changes like that when people activate their haki. All of Fishman arc I was thinking it was a separate reason (not Haki) that would be explained in later arcs.
