This is actually a good point. I wonder if we'll see fewer "good" sales on digital stores this gen because there will be people locked into digital. I was fully onboard with paying less but this got me thinking.

Digitally games have been 70€ for years already. Just quick check from PSN and for example both Avengers and Ghost of Tsushima are 70€. That is why I have been buying retail versions so often (as those can be found at 60€).

Is not a typo, PS4 games in europe already cost 70€, its a 10€ increase for next gen games. Not all games will be that price though. Spider-Man MM costs 60€, Sackboy Adventures costs 70€, Demon's Souls costs 80€.
