Tuesday June 2nd - Mel Gibson thing. Potentially Call of Duty (Blops 5 is rumoured to be vietnam and MG is in We Were Soliders) or new star wars game (rumoured to be project maverick and Mel Gibson was in the movie Maverick) Announcement

July Xbox first party showcase. Has an entire platform ever needed a good show to really complete the rebound? Also, has a game ever needed to be good as much as Halo Infinite needs to be good?

Yes - I used your twitter posts, the summer game fest, the ign schedule as well as individual rumours like the resident evil one as the sources. Sorry if you'd like me to include sources in the OP, no problem.

New Game+ Expo. I feel that has the best shot of announcing some really cool JP games for Switch.

Now if a Nintendo Direct could magically happen then we'd be cooking with grease!

Wait, when did Xbox announce Lockhart reveal for June? Haven't even heard rumors about that.

As for being excited, like everyone else, I'm frigging starved for games. Show me games. Don't care about anything else. Harry Potter RPG when?

No. You don't need to add source. I was just saying that if you got the "June 4 Steam showcase" from me, that it's actually something else. Steam's thing starts June 9.

Pretty much June 3rd providing they do show big 1st P games > Cyberpunk Showcase >>>>Xbox 1st P show

PS4 and PS5 state of play would be up there, but it is a way off.

Sony and Microsoft's events as they will be the main showcases for next gen titles...

Platform holders and their 1st party studios always have the responsibility of pushing the games onto the new hardware as there is little incentive for 3rd party devs.

For me it's the New Game+ Expo, it's only missing Square Enix but I'm sure they're planning their own thing/collabing with Sony

Other than that, the State of Play's, and whatever will show actual Assassin's Creed Valhalla gameplay

The PS5 event and the Xbox event are the logical answers.

But in reality, I'm just waiting for more shadow dropped Nintendo announcements. One of these days, I just know I'm going to wake up to a trailer for Mario 64/Sunshine/Galaxy HD.

PS5 Game showcase next week and then the XBOX 1st Party Stuff in July. I think both Sony and Xbox are going to blow us away this generation.

None of the onest the OP mentioned. Apparently the ARMS fighter for smash is getting released sometime in June, so that's the thing I'm most interested in seeing at the moment.

Any of them that conglomerate several game reveals with actual gameplay. I have personal interests in Assassin's Creed, Forza, and some others, but I am excited to hear about everything regardless.

Xbox first party thing, and WoW thing, I guess.

I can't maintain E3 hype levels for 3 months straight so instead I just...am not super excited about any of it and I'll casually tune in when it gets here, if I remember.
